Art therapy and therapeutic writing are powerful tools that allow us to go beyond verbal language to connect with our emotions, thoughts, and deeper experiences. You don’t need to be an artist or an expert writer; the only requirement is the willingness to explore and express yourself.

Art Therapy: when images speak for you

Art therapy is a therapeutic method that uses artistic expression as the main means of communication. Through painting, drawing, clay modeling, or collage, we create a safe space for emotions to emerge visually. The creative process itself is healing.

By giving shape to a feeling, whether it's fear, joy, or pain, we make it tangible and easier to understand. The final piece is not judged by its aesthetic value, but by its ability to reveal aspects of yourself that were hidden.

Therapeutic Writing: putting into words what you feel

Therapeutic writing is a practice that invites you to use the written word as a tool for exploration and release. Unlike formal writing, there are no rules of grammar or style here. The objective is to write freely, allowing thoughts and emotions to flow onto the paper. Through journals, letters (that are not sent), poems, or stories, writing becomes a mirror that helps you organize your ideas, process difficult experiences, and find new perspectives. It is an intimate and powerful way to bring order to inner chaos.

In my method, I integrate art therapy and therapeutic writing to offer you a creative path toward self-discovery. I use these tools as a complement to therapeutic dialogue, creating a unique synergy that allows you to:

Explore without words: Sometimes, a drawing can express a trauma or a complex emotion in a way that words cannot.

Channel emotional energy: Creativity becomes a means to transform intense emotions like anger or sadness into something constructive.

Promote self-awareness: By viewing your creations or reading what you have written, you gain a new perspective on yourself and your thought patterns.
