Floating in warm water, aquatic massage dissolves gravity and stress with a dance of fluid movements, disciples of watsu. Resetting the nervous system, it offers a profound state of peace and reconnection.
The watsu (from "Water" and "Shiatsu") and aquatic massage are therapies that leverage this deep memory to guide you on a journey of healing and self-discovery.
watsu is a relaxation and healing technique performed in a warm water pool (34-35 ºC). During the session, I hold you and gently move you through the water, combining stretching movements and pressure points from shiatsu meridians. The movements are fluid, rhythmic, and gentle, creating a sensation of weightlessness that releases physical and mental tension.
The aquatic massage, on the other hand, complements this experience with touches and pressures that deepen relaxation and therapeutic work. The combination of both creates an environment of total safety, where the body can completely let go.
My Reposact method: Returning to the Origin
My approach goes beyond physical relaxation. I use watsu and aquatic massage as powerful tools to work on the emotional blockages that originated in the early stages of your life.
The aquatic environment evokes the memory of the maternal womb, a place where, at a cellular level, the first sensations and emotional patterns were recorded. By returning to this state of flotation, we create a space to heal prenatal and perinatal experiences that may have generated blockages in your adult life.
During the session, not only does your body relax, but your mind is also liberated. Through this meditative state, we allow memories, sensations, or emotions that were trapped to emerge. My role is to accompany you with total presence and containment, helping you to integrate these releases consciously.
The work extends through childhood and adulthood, allowing stagnant energy to flow again. Watsu and aquatic massage sessions not only free you from physical tension but also guide you toward profound emotional healing, connecting the origin of your being with the person you are today.
